1. you can submit your skilled immigrant application according to your skill and wait
2. you can come to canada as a vistor ( I don't think poland requires visa to visit canada) and find yourself a sponsor. For example: if you are someone good with building things or mechanic then it is easy to find business to sponsor you.
Once you have their promise and help then it is easy to get your resident. You work there two years and can apply for your residency.
3. in terms of relative sponsoring it is complicated. If your parents in Canada and Canadian citizen and you are under 22 years old by the time they give you visa then you are qualified to be sponsored as their dependent.(or if you are older then you have to in school for full time to be able to qualified as a dependent and you should be not married.)
